Bio
Lynise is a retired 30-year veteran of the United States Postal Service. She held several positions but her most rewarding was her appointment to Industrial Engineer after acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at NC A&T State University. Lynise is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. All of these acquired resources enable her to master a variety of skillsets. She can take any situation and apply root cause analysis techniques in assessing and driving towards a favorable resolution. These attributes are essential qualities in allowing her to be a confident, capable, and effective communicator. Clients may capitalize on her attention to detail when navigating major real estate decisions whether purchasing a home or posturing for marketing.
Lynise is a member of the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce, West & Southeast Realtors of the Valley, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors, Asian Real Estate Association of America, Asian Real Estate Association of America Global, Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, Asian Lions Club, and Women’s Council of Realtors West Valley. She also holds a Broker’s license in North Carolina.
Lynise enjoys experiencing new places, food and engaging with different cultures. She enjoys reading and golfing. Lynise is involved in projects of volunteer work for the homeless and Military families of deployed soldiers. She enjoys the quiet and peace of the woods when hunting and provides meat to families that would otherwise go hungry. Lynise embraces the opportunity to mentor, coach and guide individuals in their major decisions and opportunities.
Lynise is the owner of Trice Real Estate, PLLC. Her company operates under the brokerage of Platinum Living Realty. Her goal is to educate clients in homeownership while bringing to fruition their Real Estate dreams.
